- At J&K Soccer we strive to ship your product as soon as possible. Although it is not uncommon for us to ship the same day your order is placed, sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for the product to be shipped from our warehouse. Please keep this in mind when placing overnight or other special shipping options. Please keep in mind that select Nike styles may take 2-4 business days to process. In order to ensure same-day or next-day processing, please feel free to contact customer service at 417-866-9999. Same day shipping offer applies only to select items and to orders placed before 3pm central time, Monday through Friday. Orders placed over a weekend that are eligible for same day shipping, will ship out on the first business day after the order. For FedEx Ground, a business day does not include Saturdays,Sundays, or holidays. Example: You ship a package on Monday that takes 2 business days to arrive. You do not count the day you ship as a business day, so your package would arrive on Wednesday, the second business day after the ship date.

- Returns & Replacements
- J&K Soccer hopes that every product we ship is to your standards and satisfaction. If our product does not meet these standards, we will work with you to make sure that your return is handled in the easiest way possible. Remember to try everything on indoors as the products will show wear if they are used outdoors, especially shoes. We will not be able to provide a return for used items unless they are defective. All defective items should be returned within 60 days of purchase. We will take extreme situations into consideration and refund decisions will be based on the discretion of our returns department. Also be sure to return items in original condition (i.e. warm up suits with pants and jackets, tags, etc)

If a return is needed, please call or e-mail our Customer Service department within 30 days of purchase at 417-866-9999 to process a return and or replacement order. You will be contacted via e-mail, please allow One business day to process. When sending returns, please use prepaid ground or priority mail. Unless the product is defective, shipping costs will not be reimbursed. We cannot be responsible for packages lost en route to our company. Returns and exchanges for team apparel and special orders are subject to a twenty (20) percent service and restocking fee. All printed or embroidered sales are final unless such merchandise is defective. - Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Because we only accept Mastercard and Visa, orders placed by customers using other types of cards may take longer to proccess. We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange another payment method. We appologize if this is an inconvinience and will work with you as much as possible.
While J&K Soccer makes every effort to make sure all of the products on our website are accurate, occasionally some of the items may be temporarily out of stock, sold out, or waiting on launch dates. If we encounter any problems in fulfilling your order we will contact you immediately. Every effort is made to ensure products, images, prices, colors and personalization options are correct at the time they are posted on the J and K soccer website, we cannot be responsible for any errors on personalization or product changes. As different web browsers open pages and images differently, all colors are approximate. When ordering personalized apparel we may not be able to cancel an order once it has been completed. Promotions and Pricing are subject to change without notice.

- Orders will be updated online as quickly as possible. It is not uncommon for status updates to be delayed by up to two days. Tracking information will be provided on request or when select items ship. Please contact customer service with any questions or requests at 417-866-9999.
